We will deal with the lender, solicitors and estate agents so you can sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that we're looking after your interests.

From advising on life cover, critical illness cover and income protection plans, to outlining home and contents insurance, we can make sure that your new home is 'safe as houses'.

* If you do not have a solicitor, we are happy to give you the names of companies we have used in the past whose services we are happy to recommend.

Once the mortgage completes, we charge a fee of a maximum of £250 or 0.5% of the loan amount, whichever is greater, payable on completion. Typically this will be £250. We will inform you of the exact amount before we do any work for you. We also receive commission from the lender.

First Time Buyers

It can appear daunting buying your first home with lenders offering special deals for first time buyers to entice you into the mortgage market.

If you do not have a deposit, we can advise on 100% mortgages and the advantages and consequences of taking out this type of deal.

Remortgaging / Capital Raising

You can raise additional finance against your property by way of a further advance or remortgaging to another lender. We will explain the pitfalls which can be associated with different types of deals to allow you to make an informed decision.

This is a competitive marketplace and lenders deals change on a daily basis. Many lenders will allow you to switch your mortgage to a more competitive interest rate without the need to pay any fees.

Buy to Let

If you are looking to increase your property portfolio or want to get into this market to supplement your retirement options, we can arrange competitive mortgages up to 90% of the property's value. Buy to let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
