How much do you charge?

We will have an initial meeting with you to discuss your current financial situation and provide you with a formal recommendation. There is no charge for this service. If you decide to proceed with a mortgage recommendation we will charge a fee of up to £250 or 0.5% of the loan (whichever is the higher) - this is not payable until your mortgage completes. Typically this will be £250. We will inform you of the exact amount before we undertake any work for you.

Am I under any obligation to take your advice?

Not at all, you are under no obligation at any time.

I find it difficult to take time off work - can your advisers make home visits?

Yes, we are happy to meet clients at their home at a time convenient to you.

I need to act quickly - how soon can we meet?

We can usually arrange to meet you within 24 hours if your need is urgent.

I have found the deal I want, why should I use your services?

We will take away the hassle of dealing with mortgage lenders, solicitors and estate agents for you. Leave all that to us - all you need to think about is the decor of your new home!

Are my details confidential?

Absolutely, we will not share any of your details without your express permission and we will fully explain your rights under the Data Protection Act.

What if my circumstances aren't straightforward?

We have contacts with lenders who will consider all circumstances.

I don't know the first thing about mortgages - where do I start?

By talking to us!  We believe in making sure that you fully understand the whole process from start to finish. We promise not to use jargon and will keep you informed of the progress of your application at every stage.
